Le Beau Visage Permanent Cosmetics is conveniently located at 1163 East Avenue, Suite 104 in Chico, CA between Ceres and Floral Avenue. Located conveniently from Highway 99, Le Beau Visage is set in a modern and professional office utilizing all OSHA protocols for disinfection and sterilization.
Take Highway 99 (from North or South) and exit at Cohasset Hwy/Mangrove Avenue. If coming from the North, turn LEFT at the signal and go over the overpass then follow the directions below. If coming from the South, stay right when exiting the Cohasset Hwy/Mangrove exit and follow the directions below.
From Cohasset Road & Hwy 99 Traveling North Bound on Cohasset Road:
Make your second RIGHT at the signal light onto East Avenue traveling East and continue down 2 signal lights past the intersection of Ceres Avenue (7-11 is on the left corner). Le Beau Visage in the next block on the RIGHT side about 3 driveways past the corner intersection of Ceres Avenue. (We are located directly across the street from a Tarot Card Reader which is very brightly marked yellow house with bright blue awnings, and easily seen from East Avenue!) If you reach Floral Avenue you have went too far. We are located in a newer professional complex; the building is on the left rear of the parking lot, 1163 East Avenue Suite 104. 
A permanent makeup technician who is using proper sterilization, good equipment and has a professional facility will invest their funds for sterile and sanitary business procedures, for proper insurance, continuing education and for professional forms and surroundings. Please, interview the technician being considered. Look at their portfolio. Are they using a professional camera? Is the facility clean and neat? Do they show you single use packaged equipment with sterile markings on the bags? Do they have certificates of continuing education? All of these items are necessary for success in permanent makeup. The price being charged should also include at least one follow up visit, if not two, depending on the specific type of procedure preformed*. If not, the technician is below the standard of care in the industry. Information Regarding the Cost of Permanent Make-Up or Lash Extensions:
This is one of the most often asked questions when people first consider permanent makeup. Honestly, is it is unlikely that you will want the cheapest person you can find. Unfortunately, discounted pricing usually happens when technicians are first "practicing" their skills to gain experience. In the permanent make-up or tattoo industry these price discounts could ultimately end of costing someone thousands of dollars in corrections or laser treatment removal. It is important to realize that your service with Le Beau Visage takes into account the highest quality and most professional services for our clients. Our fees are based on giving you a high degree of education, experience and plenty of time for your procedure. We feel that because this is your face and that there is no room for cutting corners on product, time or service. That being stated, our fee's are appropriate and fair for the quality and value of the service you receive.

The cost for permanent cosmetic application procedures varies greatly at Le Beau Visage, generally between $300-$650+ with most procedures averaging $400-$450, depending on the type of procedure preformed, the difficulty of the desired procedure and the desired result from the client. All facial procedure prices are for the initial application and a focus or detail visit, if needed, within 90 days.
Eyebrows:
Eyebrow applications are dependent upon how much brow hair needs to be simulated. Our brows are designed with your facial features in mind. Everything including the color selection, is first approved by the client before any permanent color is applied. The brows are drawn on the client and when everything is perfectly placed, only then will be begin. Most brow fee's range from $400 to $450+, and include a "focus" or detail visit after the initial application. With hair simulation eyebrows, artistry and detail is very important.
Eyeliner applications generally range between $300 to $450+ for most eyeliner applications and include a "focus" or detail visit after the initial application. When working near the lash line it is imperative your technician is detailed and understands how color pigments verses "inks" effect the result with eyeliners.
Lip procedures are quoted on a case by case basis at the consultation appointment because of the variation between desired results, symmetry, fullness and color. Most lip color application packages start at $500, which include up to two "focus" or detail visits, if needed, after the initial application. Work done to augment and correct symmetry for lip clients are priced accordingly based on the number of sessions we believe will be necessary to achieve your result. Lip procedures are a LAYERING process, and most lip color will take 2 to 3 visits, 6 weeks apart, to complete correctly. We can promise you your lip procedure will be comfortable and we will take time to work together to understand the importance of color selection for lip applications. This is ESSENTIAL when choosing a technician to work on your lips!
Breast work is quoted on a case by base basis at the consultation appointment because of the variation between cases. However, areola repigmentation appointments are estimated at approximately $300 per breast for the first visit, and $200 per breast, per follow-up. Other breast work for scar camouflage or symmetry corrections are priced according to the estimated amount of time to complete the desired result.
Permanent Cosmetic Procedure Preformed at Other Locations Including Corrective or "Touch-Up" Requests:
We get many inquiry's about estimates for "touch ups" for work performed by other technicians. Color corrective procedures or procedures completed by other technicians generally are more difficult to work with then procedures that are "new", therefore consultations are necessary to fairly provide clients with an accurate estimate of the work to be preformed. It is in all fairness to our clients that we accurately determine what their specific needs are, therefore there is no specific standardized fee for "touch-ups". We want to give you want you need, and generically quoting a fee is a dis-service to our client. Our goal to treat your need, 100%! Because color intensity's fade with time, it is critical to address and not overlook the color which does remain in the skin before additional or new color pigmentation is added. This is critical to the healed result to ensure that a "fugitive" or unwanted color does not result. Without taking this into consideration, a "touch up" of another technician's work can result in an undesired result. We are educated with advanced training to address these and other concerns but must first look at the area to be treated and plan and estimate accordingly. It is essential that once your skin has had color implanted in it, no matter how light or faded it may appear to be, the color is still in there and must be recognized and accounted for.
Lash Extension Pricing:
Semi-permanent procedures such as eyelash extensions generally range between $200-$400 for a full initial set, depending on the existing number of natural lashes and eye size of each individual. Some people have larger eyes with sparse lashes, others have many lashes that can take hours to get a full, thick and symmetrical look. The initial appointment time for placing a set of lashes is for 2 to 2.5 hours to
compete a full set of extensions. Lash fills, which can be necessary to maintain the full and abundant look of the lash extensions will be needed about every 2-3 weeks, and average $50*. We always require a consultation prior to any procedure being performed to ensure that all clients are good candidates for permanent cosmetics or eyelash extensions and to prepare you for the procedure and expectations.
Consultations for eyelash extensions are complimentary and take about 15 minutes to complete. Initial consultations for permanent cosmetic application are complimentary and take about 30-40 minutes. (If a second consultation is desired or consultations for corrective work are requested a fee of $50 will apply, however the fee will be credited toward the desired procedure when the procedure is preformed). During that visit a medical history will be taken, the entire procedure will be discussed with you, a color assessment and desired outcome can be reviewed as well as pre, post and long term care of your permanent makeup. Additionally a photo portfolio will be available for your review showing before and after photographs of completed procedures.
A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule a consultation appointment. If the appointment is failed without notice to Le Beau Visage a pre-paid deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. The deposit will also be credited toward a procedure of your choice. When reserving an appointment for a procedure, a $150 deposit is required. If the appointment must be rescheduled, a 24 notice is required. The deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled appointment. However, if the appointment is failed without 24 hour notice, the deposit will not be refunded or reapplied to future appointments. Because of the demand for our services, if a client fails to inform us of the need to change an appointment, we reserve the right to decline to schedule future appointments. Consultations and procedures are provided on a by appointment basis to allow us to work exclusively with you, our valued client. Le Beau Visage is generally closed on Tuesday and Sunday. Appointment hours vary depending on the day of the week and time of the day that is convenient for the client and provider. Let us know what works best for you, and we will make every effort to accommodate that particular request!
